1. The service
Conflara provides (a) an independent testing, certification and grading service ("TCG") for AI models, agents, robots, datasets and APIs ("Assets"), and (b) a marketplace where sellers list Assets and buyers acquire them. During the preview period the catalog contains sample Assets and sample sellers for demonstration, transactions are simulated, and features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation you register.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that provide false information.
3. Sellers and submitted Assets
- You must own or hold the rights needed to list an Asset and to let Conflara test it. You keep ownership of your Asset.
- You grant Conflara a non-exclusive licence to host, run, test and display the Asset and its documentation for the purpose of certification and listing.
- You must not submit Assets that are unlawful, infringe third-party rights, contain malware, or are designed to evade testing.
- Marketplace fees, payout terms and seller-group rules are shown in the seller dashboard and form part of these terms once transactions are enabled.
4. Certification and grades
A Conflara certificate records the results of our test suites on a specific version of an Asset at a specific time. It is an independent assessment, not a guarantee of performance, safety, legal compliance or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers remain responsible for their own evaluation and for compliance with laws that apply to their use, including the EU AI Act. Certificates expire on the date shown and may be withdrawn if an Asset changes or new information comes to light.
5. Buyers
- Your use of an Asset is governed by the licence terms the seller attaches to it, in addition to these terms.
- Reviews must be honest and based on genuine use. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent or abusive.
- Refunds, where available, are described at checkout and in the buyer dashboard.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, misrepresent certification results, or use the platform to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Conflara name, logo, platform software, test suites, grading methodology and certification marks belong to Conflara, Inc. You may display a Conflara certification badge only for an Asset that holds a current certificate and only in the form we provide.
8. Confidentiality and data
Assets and documentation you submit for certification are treated as confidential and used only for testing and listing. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is" during the preview period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conflara disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Conflara in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform moves from preview to general availability. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for account holders, by email. Questions: [email protected].
